To display data select options from the Menu

Step 1. Choose One data set (Power Plants (GEOpower), Fuel and Resources (GEOResources),
                      or Transmission (GEOTransmission))
Step 2. Choose
     Option 1. One plant type, country, and state
     Option 2. One plant type and country, and all states
     Option 3. Multiple plant types, one country and one (or all) states
Step 3. For multiple overlays Repeat steps 1 and 2 and Choose "Continue in existing map"

(Caution: selecting multiple plant types and all states for countries with thousands of records such as the USA may cause access timeout)
